As such, TriStone Partners Debt & Real Estate Advisory Group assists clients realize complex financing and re-financing operations, arranging both debt and equity packages, advising on the purchase/sale and lease back of single properties and real estate portfolios. TriStone Partners also focuses on restructuring real estate and corporate non-performing loan portfolios with real estate as the underlying security.
